Our statement for inclusion:

At Investeez, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our mission of promoting financial literacy. We recognize that historical and institutional barriers, particularly racial bias and discrimination, contribute to the disparities in financial education and access to economic opportunities.

Therefore, Investeez is committed to not only addressing gender diversity but also supporting young women who have been historically underrepresented in financial literacy initiatives, particularly those who: Belong to underrepresented minority groups, including African American/Black, Hispanic or Latina, Bi/Multiracial, Native American/Alaskan, and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander communities; Come from low-income backgrounds and are eligible for free and/or reduced lunch; Have had limited exposure to or access to financial education.

We acknowledge and value the intersections of race/ethnicity, gender identity and expression, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, ability, age, national origin, and religious/spiritual identities. Investeez welcomes into our community and programs anyone who identifies as female, regardless of assignment at birth.

We also welcome individuals who identify as non-binary or gender nonconforming and seek a female-identified environment. By embracing these principles, Investeez aims to create an inclusive and supportive community that empowers all young women to achieve financial literacy and economic independence.
